Our PERSONAL TRAINING sessions are provided by Registered Kinesiologist, Sharon Seguin, who has extensive experience in exercise, rehab, and sports medicine, having worked alongside top-level physiotherapists and massage therapists for decades. Sessions are one hour in length, and involve assessment, demonstration, teaching, exercise, and motivation to help meet personal goals in a safe and effective manner. Individualized exercise programs are developed based on personal goals and schedules, with a focus on proper technique and quality of exercise.
